Bhavi
Devchand

Founder

Bhavi Devchand is a professional cricketer, coach, and the creative force behind The Inside Edge Project. Her journey through elite sport, from representing Western Australia and the Perth Scorchers to playing abroad in Ireland, India, and England, has been anything but linear.

Often lost in the noise of traditional high-performance programs, Bhavi launched The Inside Edge Podcast (link) to explore how the inner world of elite athletes shapes their outer results. She discovered that doing more didn’t always lead to sustainable performance. On-field success didn’t guarantee happiness. And teams full of superstars didn’t always win championships.

Something was missing.

Curious about what truly drives human potential, Bhavi pursued a degree in psychology and immersed herself in eastern philosophies that have stood the test of time. What emerged was a new, more holistic approach to performance. The results both on and off the field, were transformative. She now helps others reconnect with the joy, freedom, and instinct often lost in the noise.

Bhavi also works with Corporate Sherpas, applying behavioural science and psychology to drive meaningful change in organisational settings.

Driven by purpose, grounded in experience, and fuelled by curiosity, Bhavi is dedicated to helping people shift from pressure to presence, one story at a time.
